Disgusting: Guards stand by as girl gets beaten

They were unarmed and trained not to get involved in physical confrontations.. but even so, don't they have any urgency to be men and get involved as they see a girl being beaten!?!

Yes they observe and report.. but they're also humans with the urge to defend the defenseless.. I hope?
