Moonlit skies on top of new fallen snow: Bended knee on Christmas Eve...2009

There is a certain tranquility and stillness on Christmas Eve.. late at night, if the stars are shining on top of frozen snow, the beauty that surrounds you takes words away..

There is also something magical about the night that brings alive the memories of all Christmases past.. like family never perished from earth or friends never left..

But even with the quiet sunset over snow tonight, a stark reminder of our humanity: Enjoy every fleeting moment for the time you have it. Acquire as many smiles and laughter as you can.. Forget about the wrongs and focus on rights.. Enjoy your life and be free.

Here's a toast glass to all that celebrate tonight.. and those that cannot due to illness .. and those gone due to death. Here's a toast to those alive carrying the burden of the dead.. I truly hope, for you, the loneliness of the season subsides as time moves as and you see the smile of children .. under the moon.. on top of new fallen snow..
