A video quickly making its way around the internet tonight is shocking whoever sees it: Police officers pull over an EMT driver with a patient passenger in pain.. The driver says the cops were mad that the ambulance driver didn't pull over.. And a cell-phone camera that filmed the video shedding light on the scene..

The cops, along with yelling, including a tight grasp on the EMT's neck..

Questions are being raised after more exposure to the video takes place.. Kenyada Davis' mother was in the ambulance, and it was Davis that filmed the cops' choke hold on driver Maurice White ..
