Gustav downgraded to a Cat 2 storm (however, please remember, 115 MPH was a Cat 3, Gustav is now at 110 MPH, so a Cat 2 is NOT a huge difference).. Various cities across the Gulf, including the city of New Orleans, is watching and praying that their levees hold. New Orleans is not getting a direct hit, but instead is on the Northeast quadrant of the storm.. People of Grand Isle are worried about a storm surge..A possible high storm surge..
