She's still out there.. not threatening mainland USA, but instead a threat to Bermuda. The island nation issued a storm watch for the hurricane..

Bertha has lost some steam, Bermuda has a tropical storm watch instead of hurricane watch. One tourist interviewed by the Associated Press joked that he is happy on the island during the storm as long as his hotel has a minibar.

Forecasters say that the storm strength may flucuate over the next few days..
