The Bush Administration's lame duck status continues to be refuted by its actions.. Now it's in the opening phases to use a new spy device..

More: The Bush Administration said that it plans to start using the nation's most advanced spy programs for domestic purposes soon. Democrats are worried about the legality of it. (*Democrats of course for political reasons, many other civil libertarians and conservatives can be included with that 'worried' group).

Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff said overhead sensor data will be used for law enforcement. After privacy and civil rights issues are taken into consideration.
